The next thing I want to be good at is hardware. Electrical engineering, embedded systems, and eventually robotics — the parts of building where the feedback loop runs through physics instead of a type checker.
Right now that work is honest about its stage: it is research, not prototypes. I am reading, comparing parts, and working through design tradeoffs before I commit to a build. I would rather document the thinking than pretend there is a finished robot on the bench.
I write long-form about AI capability, compute economics, and the geopolitics wrapped around both — the places where a technical detail turns into a strategic one.
Shorter notes go up more often: reactions to what shipped this week, things I got wrong, and running logs from whatever I am building.
